Terms and conditions:
1. The Price Promise is only available to individuals with a verifiable and valid written quotation from cataract surgery provider within the Oxfordshire County in England obtained within the previous 90 days. It does not apply to quotations obtained from cataract surgery providers operating outside of the Oxfordshire County and where the customer has not been seen in person. The submission of published prices and/or copies of published prices will not be accepted. Oxfordshire Newmedica will only accept claims submitted prior to cataract surgery. Submissions must be made no later than 31 January 2027 (subject to the other conditions listed in these terms and conditions).
2. The Price Promise will only apply to written quotes for an equivalent cataract surgery package including extended focus or multifocal lenses. By equivalent cataract surgery package we mean a package including an initial consultation, diagnostics, cataract surgery with an extended focus or multifocal lens implant, follow-up consultation and any post-operative medication required. By extended focus or multifocal lens we mean the following lenses: Multifocal, Multifocal Toric, Extended Depth Of Focus and Extended Depth Of Focus Toric. No other lenses will be accepted.
3. The written quotation must be an original (no copies) and the price must be available to the general public. The price being available to the general public means that any cataract surgery package reductions only available to certain people (for example employees/their families) will not apply as they are not available to the wider public. It can be submitted in person at the Oxfordshire Newmedica clinic or via email to: oxfordshire@newmedica.co.uk
4. Oxfordshire Newmedica will verify the validity of the claim within 14 working days.
5. If your claim is successful Oxfordshire Newmedica will refund you the price difference plus 10% following completion of your cataract surgery [do customers pay after surgery? If not, this will need amending, so the discount is applied when they pay] at the Oxfordshire Newmedica clinic. For example, where a valid quotation is £100 less than Oxfordshire Newmedica cataract
surgery package including extended focus or multifocal lens, the refunded amount will be £110.
6. Patients with a valid and verified claim with have this amount discounted off the price of their cataract surgery package with Oxfordshire Newmedica prior to them making payment.
7. Price Promise is only offered by Oxfordshire Newmedica and no other Newmedica clinic.
8. Oxfordshire Newmedica reserves the right to refuse any claims it deems to be not genuine or not submitted in line with these Terms and Conditions.
9. The Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.
10. Oxfordshire Newmedica reserves the right to withdraw this Price Promise without notice.
