Consultant ophthalmologist and partner

I trained at the University of Athens Medical School and after completing my training as an Ophthalmologist, I undertook an additional 3.5 years of senior subspecialty fellowship training in medical and surgical retina in Bristol, Cheltenham and Liverpool.

I’m currently a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Vitreoretinal Surgeon in Gloucestershire and my areas of expertise are cataract surgery, complex cataract surgery, secondary intraocular lens implants, vitrectomy for retinal detachment, macular hole, epiretinal membrane, macular degeneration, retinal laser and diabetic retinal surgery.

Patient care and patient outcomes are my priority. I perform around 1000 cataracts and 200 retinal surgeries a year.
