Whether it’s making reminder phone calls, liaising with GP surgeries, managing patient data and records, filing, scanning or sending correspondence, every task our Administrators carry out is key to ensuring our patients have an efficient and friendly experience.

Managers – Service/Admin/Operations

As an all-round operational manager, you’ll act as the first point of contact for technical, operational or patient matters. Responsibilities will vary across the role depending on the service, but you can expect to be taking responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of our clinics, coordinating the daily, weekly and monthly clinic schedules, and managing clinic or admin colleagues to deliver an outstanding patient service with an optimal patient flow.
