Newmedica Welwyn Garden City provides both NHS funded & private cataract surgery. We run assessments for patients before and after their surgery. All surgery takes place at our eye hospital - Newmedica Welwyn Garden City. The clinic is owned and led by consultant ophthalmologists Mr James Bacon, Mr Michael Toma and Miss Fariha Shafi, alongside Operations Director Huma Stone.
We cater for specialist eye services across the region, including St Albans, Borehamwood, Stevenage, Hitchin, Epping, Harlow and the surrounding areas.
