Newmedica Suffolk wins Customer Excellence Award

Newmedica Suffolk is celebrating after winning the Customer Excellence Award at the East Anglian Daily Times Business Awards 2026.

The eye health provider was presented with the award at a ceremony on Thursday 9 July, which celebrated outstanding businesses and individuals from across Suffolk.

Newmedica Suffolk was also named as a finalist for Large Business of the Year, alongside Breheny Civil Engineering and Maritime Transport.

Winning the Customer Excellence Award recognises the work of colleagues across Newmedica Suffolk, who are committed to providing patients with high-quality, personal and compassionate care throughout their treatment.

The East Anglian Daily Times Business Awards recognise the contribution Suffolk businesses make to the local economy, their workplaces and the wider community.

Newmedica Suffolk provides specialist eye-care services for NHS and private patients from its eye health clinics and surgical centres in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
