Newmedica climbs the rankings for colleague development

Newmedica has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development by Great Place to Work® for the second consecutive year.

The organisation placed 36th in the 2026 rankings, climbing 18 places from 54th last year.

The recognition celebrates workplaces where colleagues feel supported in their professional and personal growth through continuous learning, training and development opportunities.

It follows a series of achievements shaped by feedback from Newmedica colleagues in the Great Place to Work® survey. Newmedica has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the third year running and ranked among the UK’s top 30 Best Workplaces™ for 2026.
