Pioneering New Lens Technology at Newmedica Suffolk

At Newmedica's Eye Health Clinic in Suffolk, innovation drives everything we do. We’re always looking for ways to enhance patient outcomes, which is why we’re delighted to partner with Rayner, a global leader in advanced IOL solutions.

As part of this collaboration, we’re among the first in the UK to offer Rayner’s new full range lens – RayOne Galaxy. Using spiral optic technology, this lens provides exceptional vision quality across all distances – near, intermediate, and far.

Consultants Mr Hussain and Mr Hanspal were selected by Rayner to pioneer this technology, and Mr Franklin from Felixstowe was one of the first UK patients to receive it. He’s now looking forward to getting back to his favourite hobbies, including golf and walking.

Mr Hussain will be leading regional training sessions for ophthalmologists, sharing insights into this cutting-edge technology.
