The Newmedica Nottingham eye health clinic and surgical centre operates from the Edgeley House, Riverside Business Park and provides services for both NHS and private patients. The clinic is led by consultant ophthalmologists, Imran Jawaid, Veerabahu Senthil Maharajan, Aashish Mokashi, Richard Stead alongside operational director, Karan Morjaria.

We cater for eye services across the region, including Nottingham, West Bridgford, Beeston and the surrounding area.

Our clinic is open Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

If you think you have an eye condition, you should see your optician or GP for a detailed assessment. They’ll go through all the options available and tell you where you can have your treatment.

How to find us

By car

By car via city centre: Head northwest on Maid Marian Way to Castle Boulevard.

At the roundabout, exit onto Queen's Road. Turn right onto Castle Bridge Road, then left onto Castle Boulevard, turn right onto Castle Meadow Road, then turn left onto Riverside Way.

Riverside Business Park will be on your right-hand side.

By car by the city, additional:

From the A52/Clifton Boulevard, take the Queen's Drive roundabout onto Queen's Drive. After a few minutes, turn left onto Tottle Road, and go straight over at the roundabout. Newmedica will be on the right-hand side.'

From the town centre, take any bus that serves Riverside Retail Park or Clifton (48,49 49X).

Get off at the Riverside Retail Park bus stop and walk to Riverside Business Park.

By train

Nottingham train station is 1.6 miles/a five-minute taxi ride away.

By tram

From the town centre, make your way to the nearest tram stop.

Take the Nottingham Express Transit (NET) tram towards Clifton.

Alight at the "Clifton South" tram stop.

From the tram stop, you can either walk for approximately 15 minutes or take a bus to reach Riverside Business Park. Buses serving the area should have signage indicating Riverside Retail Park or Clifton.

If you choose to walk, head south on the A453 (Clifton Lane) until you reach Riverside Business Park
