Visiting us?
Attending your appointments – guidance for patients
We understand that bringing a carer or companion can provide valuable comfort and reassurance when attending appointments. To help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all patients, we kindly ask that you contact the service in advance if you plan to bring more than one person or if children will be accompanying you.
Our priority is to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of every patient—particularly those who may require a calm and peaceful setting before and after treatment or surgery. As some of our clinic spaces are limited in size, we may need to restrict the number of people attending with each patient, including children
If children do attend, please ensure they are always supervised by an adult. For safety reasons, children must not be left unattended in any area of the clinic.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a supportive and therapeutic environment for everyone.

We fully recognise that children can offer great comfort and support to patients attending our services. However, we kindly ask that you check with the service in advance of your appointment if you intend to bring children with you.
Our priority is to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of all patients, particularly those who require a calm and peaceful environment before and after treatment or surgery. Some of our clinic spaces are limited in size, and for this reason, the number of people, including children, accompanying a patient may need to be restricted.
If children do attend, please be aware that they must be supervised by an adult at all times and cannot be left unattended in the waiting area.
